Jackie Nimer
Co-CEO and Head of Organizational Development, Enhancement, and People Strategy
Jackie is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in leadership, organizational development, consulting, and recruitment strategy. Her extensive experience has spanned multiple industries, including healthcare, life sciences, and consumer packaged goods. Her deep understanding of the complex issues facing these industries has enabled her to anticipate and navigate challenges with ease, making her an invaluable asset to her clients.
Jackie is a visionary leader who believes that great organizations are built on the foundation of great people. Her thoughtful and strategic approach has earned her the trust and respect of her clients and colleagues alike. Jackie has served as a leader within corporate Human Resources as well as being a leader of high performing sales and recruitment advisors.
In addition to her professional achievements, Jackie is a devoted mother of three young children and resides in the greater New York City area. In her free time, she enjoys chasing after her kids' activities and spending quality time with friends over good food and drinks. She volunteers for various community organizations and within groups that aim to promote women in leadership and increase representation for women.
Megan Van Buiten
Co-CEO and Head of Mindset, Performance, and Leadership Coaching
Megan brings nearly 15 years of leadership, consulting, mindset and performance coaching, and recruitment to People Conduit. She has a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, employment branding and change strategy, and building high-performance teams across multiple industries. She is dedicated to delivering results consistently and building long-term relationships with clients. Her exceptional networking skills and ability to build strong relationships ensure that she provides excellent service to her clients.
She has led and coached large mastermind groups and served as a mentor and mindset coach for other top performing leaders. She is highly intuitive and able to identify the needs of others quickly and connect the dots for the leaders she supports, enhancing their strengths and providing solutions and guidance along the way.
Megan resides with her husband and 13-year-old son in Wilmette, IL, just north of Chicago. She is a dedicated member of her community, actively participating in local charity events and serving as a leader for local networking group, Wilmette Working Moms. Her passion for excellence and drive for success spans across workplace and community is felt by clients and neighborhood members alike.
